Bidalakam
External application of medicated herbal paste over the eyelids.

Benefits: Reduces swelling, nourishes tissues, improves eyelid health.

Netra Tarpana
A soothing, rejuvenating therapy in which warm, medicated ghee is gently retained over the eyes within a specially prepared herbal dough ring, allowing deep nourishment and rejuvenation of the vision.

Dhumapana 
Inhalation of herbal smoke through the nose and mouth to expel excess Kapha and Ama.
